Absolutely! We are very happy to accomodate custom orders and are looking forward to building your dream guitar! To start this process, drop us a note at contact@relish.swiss. NB: custom orders are available only for our Swiss made guitars

Guitars in inventory will be shipped within 10 business days, after a final inspection and setup. Whenever possible, we ship faster. If you have a specific date at which you need to have received your guitar, please contact us and let us know at contact@relish.swiss. We will do our best to accommodate. Custom orders will ship within 8 weeks after payment is confirmed. If a custom order is particularly complex (such as a Platinum build for example) and requires more time, we will let you know beforehand.

When the serial number of the guitar is mentioned on the product page, yes, the guitar you see is the guitar you get! This will be the case for all our Swiss made guitars. When the serial number is not mentioned on the product page, the guitar shown is meant to be a representation of the guitar you will receive. This will be the case for our guitars that are not Swiss made.

When a guitar is available in left-handed version, you will be able to select left-handed orientation from a drop-down menu on the guitar's product page. If no mention of orientation is made on the guitar's product page, this guitar is unfortunately not available left-handed at the moment.
